Jill Jenkins started her first cleaning company in Billings, Montana in 1971. Since then, she has built her business by providing high quality cleaning services through honesty, integrity, ingenuity, hard working people, and sound business practices.

Since 1971, Jill, along with her son Joseph, has established successful commercial cleaning businesses in Billings Montana, Kansas City Missouri, and Salt Lake City Utah.

In 1994 we began cleaning buildings in Salt Lake City. BearCom currently has over 200 clients along the Wasatch front. Our clients range from office buildings, government facilities, medical facilities, production facilities, and auto dealerships. Our reference list includes such prestigious clients as Edwards Research Medical, Lake Pointe Properties, and University of Utah Hospital/Clinics.

In 2000 we began our association with ManageMen of Salt Lake City. Mr. John Walker, founder and President of ManageMen, is a renowned expert in the commercial cleaning industry. His comprehensive operating system known as (OS1)™ has been adopted by BearCom.

All BearCom managers have attended ManageMen's Janitors University. This week long program educates in training janitors, chemical usage, the (OS1) operating system, and ManageMen's "Beyond Compliance" Hazardous Communications program.

BearCom Building Services has enjoyed tremendous success. The company has grown to become the 4th largest Commercial Cleaning Company in Utah.
